We had a family party celebrating multiple milestone birthdays and retirements. We had a gorgeous day on the beautiful, well maintained yacht, but it was the  crew that made the experience so enjoyable! Captain Brian, Arman and Pasha went above and beyond to make our ride safe and a total blast! The catered food was delicious and are glasses were never empty. We had a fabulous time on Adeline'sSea Moose! Despite the iffy weather, the ride was smooth and relaxing and we got to see all the sites in luxury! Even more so, the service provided by Captain Brian and his crew was impeccable - warm and welcoming.  I'll definitely be looking for a way to charter them for another excursion. We used Adeline's Sea Moose for a private corporate event (approximately 30 people), and it was an excellent experience from planning through execution. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating, helping us build an event with a variety of food. On the day of the eventt, everyone was extremely hospitable, and we found it to be an unexpected nice touch that they regularly checked if we needed beverages, collected our garbage frequently, and passed out the apps to ensure people received food. I work for a homeless services nonprofit. Last evening we held a "Friendraiser" on Adeline's Sea Moose and the event was nothing short of magical... The boat is gorgeous and immaculate. The crew paid such close attention to every detail, and made our guests feel like royalty! Even the music was perfect. We had a great evening with our work group for a sunset tour of the city and front row seats for the Wednesday night fireworks. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and super attentive, almost as if anticipating each needed refill, blanket, etc. The boat was well equipped with multiple social spaces, heads (restrooms), and seating areas, including a flybridge up top with amazing views. We had a fabulous evening on the Sea Moose celebrating a college graduation. From the booking and planning processes to the occasional check in emails to the actual event, the Adeline's Sea Moose team exceeded my expectations. The Sea Moose is beautiful - 50 years old but in top-notch shape with lots of spaces for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The crew were fantastic - highly professional, friendly, accommodating. Food and beverage service were wonderful. We really could not have asked for a better experience (plus fireworks on a Saturday night - amazing!). Responsive | Personable | Flexible | Responsive - The crew at ASM was very flexible.  Their website is well laid out with a chat service that answers most of your questions.  Chelsea, the administrative assistant and scheduler answers emails in 24 hour or less and is very helpful with answering questions and providing examples to help customize the perfect charter for your group. Personable - the entire crew Flexible - The crew at ASM was very flexible throughout the process of securing the charter and the day of.  There was a thunderstorm in chicago 30 minutes prior to Pro Tip:  The Captain smokes, so if you have a sensitivity to smoking, just make sure you let Chelsea know that your group is sensitive to smoking. Pro Tip:  Call the crew 5 minutes before you show, because they have to come out to a gate to get you.  We were in the middle of a rain storm and had to wait 5 minutes at the gate before getting on the boat.  Therefore, our group was soaked on our way on. This autumn our family celebrated our parents with a memorial service and ash scattering ceremony aboard Adeline's Sea Moose. Rebecca was amazingly patient in the planning and implementation of our Hawai'ian styled ceremony. Captain Brian's leadership and the kind attention of staff/crew Emmanuel, Armando, and Chester helped made the day more beautiful and memorable than we imagined. We had a company outing on Adeline's Sea Moose and it was a phenomenal day. The cruise took us along the Chicago lakefront and we had some spectacular views of the skyline. Plus, the service was fantastic from the moment we boarded the yacht to the time we left. Great food and drinks and fun. And the cruise photographer took excellent photos of our team. 5 stars are not enough for Adeline's Sea Moose! We had an intimate wedding in here this June and everything was amazing. Huge shout out to Rebecca and Captain Brian who have been so nice and personal. We could feel that they are really doing their best to make our experience beyond expectation. Also, every single staff on wedding day was very professional. Inside the yacht is luxurious, clean and perfect for any occasion. They are the best in town and definitely recommend!
